It would be the same as water boarding if done in one sitting. Your brain cells cannot handle to much liquid all at the same time and it first makes you drunk. If you continue drinking it, you can actually drown yourself in it because the brain because the brain, not to mention your stomach, cannot handle it. Upwards of a gallon in one sitting is too much..
If done over a long period of time, the sugar content will definitely affect your internal organs which will eventually kill you.
