If you don't eat a good breakfast it can lower you metabolism and therefor it will be harder to lose weight or burn calories.
Most teenagers are reluctant to eating breakfast and I do not know why but it might be because they can't be bothered to get up early. A cure that may help is by using a small amount of sugary foods and some fruit or vegetables.
