you have to hold the power botton and the home botton for 10 seconds and the it should tell you to connect it to iTunes after you connect it click restore and a little box should pop up and you have to press restore again and then agree with the other boses that pop up and after its done change your passcode or turn it off and that's it have a great day!!
just don't forget it. always have someone else who knows it or write it down somewhere that you will remember.
