Believe it or not, you cannot get extra jail or prison time just for fleeing from a probation violation. You can for the VOP itself, but there's no difference whether you get arrested immediately, turn yourself in, or flee/abscond. Of course at any time you can be arrested, and it often happens when you least expect it.
U die
It depends on what the violation is.
You can be declared in violation of your probation and thrown back in jail.
That's a violation of your probation. Most likely 6 months in jail.
You go to jail on a probation violation.
Probation violation you will go to jail. An still owe on fines an still will be own probation
Nothing. The probation continues until it is over or a violation occurs.
A Probation Violation Warrant will be issued. Your probation could get revoked and you could be sentenced to a term of incareration in jail or prison.
I would say you have a problem and have your probation revoked. It doesn't matter if the pills are yours or belong to another person because you had them and it was against your conditions of probation. You knew this before putting them in your pocket. Accept the responsibility for your actions.
If the doctors visit was court ordered you are in contmpt of the courts order and (if on probation) in violation of your probation reqyirements.
Are you kidding? Breaking probation means that you end up serving your original sentence. Probation is not a warning...it is a requirement.
