Other than the potential for a bad day at work, nothing much.

There is a very popular liquor under the brand name Kalua that does just that. Usually people will mix their Coffee Liqours with milk, (a "kalua with milk"), or with vodka (a Black Russian). (also, If you mix the right amount of coffee liqour, vodka and milk, you get the infamous "White Russian.")
