Chances are if you get pulled over, you are going to get your car taken away.... and a HUGE fine. You have to have your car inspected and if you changed the wheel after the inspection you are pretty much driving an illegal vehicle. If you would like to TRY to get your vehicle to pass an inspection, than do so. ALSO, you would probably not know what to do with the car when you did this, risking your safety and everyone else's on the road. Please Don't.

You can not remove a power steering pump on your car and expect it to handle like a car with out power steering. Removing the pump will make it very hard to steer because the rest of the steering components are made for power steering.
