No need they bathe themselves
--, yes you can give a hampster a bath,. i have a teady bear hampster. its a type of hampster with alot of furr/hair/. I just gave him a bath, i use the dawn soap. liek the soap they use to clean the animals that were indagered in the iol spill. It is perfectly fine, jsut make sure not get in in their eyes. than can harm them. do not fill the bath tub high, fill it about an inch, where his feet are under, and not his whole body. let him get use to the water, and then pout a little soap, and wipe it on his body, then use a cup and lightly pour clean water on his body, and do not hair dry him, let him air dry and wipe him down with a small rag,/ wash rag. it will be perfectly fine(:
With chinchilla sand, you could. You let your hamster rub themselves in it.
If your hamster is overly stinky, use an unscented baby wipe to wipe your hamster along its fur. Never put hamsters in water!
Nothing as long as you completely dry them with a blow dryer. If you leave them to air dry they can get sick and eventually die.
you use a none smell wipe
or get a towel and wet it and rube it on your hamster
do it gently
the reason why u cant use a smell wipe is because the smell is 2 strong
Under normal circumstances, you should not need to bathe a hamster. If it is totally necessary though, it should be done in a bowl of warm water.
Yes you are aloud to wash a hamster
Hamsters shouldn't be washed under water unless of an emergency. If you have a dwarf hamster, it might like a dust bath to freshen its fur. Otherwise, only wash hamster if it absolutely needs to be washed. (For Example: gum stuck in its fur)If you must wash the hamster, wash it in warm water and dry it immediately with a hand towel. It can easily die from hypothermia if it is wet.
You wash your hands before you eat and handle food don't you? You should wash your hands before and after you touch any living creature
Not necessarily. The one I had wood remain silent when eating onions.
If it doesn't get better in a few days, I would take it to a pet doctor and let him give the hamster medicine.
Wash it out with water and don`t bathe the hamster they keep their self clean.
You dont wash a hamster! They are clean.

You have to wash the hamster's cage at least once a month. Every week, you must check for dirty spots where your hamster peed. If the cage begins smelling bad, you have to wash it no matter what time of the month it is.
you should get a small class pet like a hamster or guinea pig
