If the blood carries no blood-borne diseases, nothing would happen. However, if the blood is carrying a disease, depending on the disease, you MIGHT end up with that disease yourself - though that is uncommon as the stomach acid destroys most diseases. However, if you have a wound or ulcer between your mouth and your stomach, you are more likely to contract any blood-borne disease that may be in the blood.
