It means they are scared and don't really wanna talk about it. Don't press them. If you end up pushing them about it, they will entirely close up about it or never trust anyone.
The best option is to gain trust. By this, you are opening up doors to allow them to reveal their heart. BUT NEVER PUSH THEM ....they will eventually address the problem:)
