If you don't have breakfast you may feel very hungry by lunchtime, but that does not in itself necessarily do anything to your body. Depending upon how much food and what kind of food you eat during the meals that you do have, you may have a perfectly adequate (or even excessive) diet despite skipping breakfast.
If your body dont take in the right nutrients and minerals to do daily activities you will have a lack of energy ,headaches,and you will get sleepy so i advise you to EAT YOUR BREAKFAST.

well if you are at school and you either didn't eat breakfast their or at school and if u didn't eat lunch well you wouldn't have energy in your body and u would be starving yourself and would probably need to eat a big dinner or else you will get a massive headanche cause it had happened to me before

Each day you need fuel to function. Food is our fuel and without breakfast kids at school can not learn in the morning until the have recess, because their brain has no energy. So the brain takes energy from their bones and they get weaker and very tired. You can go into starvation mode and put on lots of weight. This can happen to anyone.
