If you're not an AOL subscriber, in a word: Nothing. Nil. Zilch. Bubkes.
Many years ago in the early days of the Intertubes, there was something of a joke among geeks, implying that AOL users were a bunch of clueless newbies. In those days, often if one of said noobs didn't like something you said or did online, they would "report you to AOL," as if AOL had any power over non-subscribers.
Not as funny as it used to be, but among older tubers such as myself, it still gets a mini-laugh. I ran it through the Google just now, and I find that people are being "reported to AOL" for downloading pictures off of someone's website.

You probably got blocked/reported by someone, or your account has gotten deactivated...
NO!!she happens to be dating somone right now!!! I HOPE I HELPED YOU PPL!!
You should call AOL and let them know you reported the person by mistake. If you don't, the TOS violation will stay on their record for no good reason. While you have them on the phone, tell them you want to receive IMs from them again and they will be able to re-enable it.
you get banned
You die
I think you get banned...
your acount is deleted\
nothing!!
If you cross your eyes and somone pokes you in the back close to your butt, you will stay cross-eyed for your life.
Just tell somone or ignore them Just tell somone or ignore them Just tell somone or ignore them Just tell somone or ignore them
If you have been reported more than once, your account can be suspended or closed down
