An example of that is if you buy a serving of Large Fries from McDonalds and the Vitamin C is processed to a Small serving of Fries then the Vitamin C will decrease because the Vitamin C in the Large Fries were larger and when it processed into the Small Fries then it got decreased because the Small Fries had a lower percent of Vitamin C than the Large Fries did.
