Say you got a parasitic infection that meant your body had reduced amount or zero nutrients being absorbed, what would happen then?

∙ 16y agoThe body will use protein for energy if not enough carbohydrates and fats are consumed. If need be the body will break down its own organs to supply its energy requirements. At this point death ensues in a short period of time.

No it dosent . If you don't get enough energy you get tired and cant do anything. That's when you need to eat
