When you exercise, your throat can have shortness of breath making it hard to exercise and breath. And also, smoking can cause lots of health issues such as throat cancer, lung cancer, heart malfunctions (heart attacks, etc) and also cancer and diseases. I also learned at school in a DARE program that over 44,000 people die every year in Canada to smoking. The addiction is nicotine in one cigarette that has over 200 poisons cause your throat to have breathing problems.
