Well it depends on what scratched it and where did it get scratched at. If it is a big dog it is most likely that it will not hurt, and a little dog (any breed) it may hurt, but like I said it matters where and what scratched the animal. If it is a big scratch, you should take it to the vet. Also if it is bleeding.
I hope this helps you and your dog!
A dog scratch can easily become infected because you never know where the claws have been or what they've picked up from the ground. The scratch, however minor, should be thoroughly cleaned and an antiseptic applied before putting a bandaid over it. Keep check on the scratch for any sign of infection until it is completely healed over.
Usually it means an allergy call the vet and see what you can give him/her

A simple answer is that your dog has RABIES! No, this does not mean it has RABIES. Your dog could just be scared, nervous, excited, or a combination of all three.
In Breaking Dawn ROSALIE went to get Jacob some food and morphed a pan into a dog bowl and scratched FIDO into it. is that the right answer?
They like their backs scratched too, just like humans
The best thing to do is to have your dog vaccinated. Do not let it near wild animals or animals you do not. If you think your dog may have been bitten or scratched by another animal, take it to the vet.
