It's okay for rabbits to eat artichoke leaves. However, they are very fibrous and can cause digestive problems because of their stringy texture. It is recommended that you cut the leaves into thin, horizontal stripes to break up the fibers before giving them to your rabbit. Also, please make sure there is no butter or other seasonings on the leaves.
