As soon as you open iTunes, if you click on your ipod, it should be on the very first tab.
There is. Plug your iPod into your computer and then wait for it to come onto your iTunes. Click on your iPod and then under all the details it should have an update and a restore button. I think this only happens if you have a 4.1 version of iTunes though.
Click the restore button between the exit and minimize button

you go through your trash bin and click on whatever you previously deleted, and click the left button on mouse and choose restore item, or drag it.
you have to go on itunes on your computer. if you click "my ipod" (the section) there are options near the "sync" button and one of them is to restore your ipod
To delete some files you can select file and press DELETE on keyboard, or right mouse button and DELETE. To restore you open recycle bin (double click on icon) and select file that you want restore then press right mouse button and in tab click restore or select file and in the left top corner click restore.
You get options to print.
If you want to restore your iPhone plug it into the computer, open iTunes and click the restore button. You will lose everything if you don't chose the correct backup.
There is a little button on the information bar, click on the Toshiba Factory button and then choose restore media defaults and it will reset back to the defaults.
Plug in ipod and click the name of it and look for restore button
