This is Heat Stroke and it can be fatal. The body core temperature needs to be reduced as soon a possible by getting the victim to a cool place, bathing them or sponging with cool water. Medical attention MUST BE GIVEN to the victim. This is not a condition you can 'shake off'. Kidney failure and brain damage can occur if not treated quickly and professionally.
Sweating is a process designed to help cool your body if you get too hot. What happens is that the sweat pores in the skin exude sweat which then evaporates. The process of evaporation causes cooling.
when water is too hot then it evaporates
they sweat
If it`s too hot you could get burned.
Some causes that people sweat are when they are nervous, uncomfortable, they are hot, etc. When you're too hot sweating is your body's way of cooling down.

If its too hot they die. If its too cold then they just suspend life functions until it warms up again (and if they dry up before that happens, then they also die).
The first thing that happens when the body gets too hot is it beings to sweat. This provides immediate cooling which begins controlling body temperature.
You sweat because it is hot outside and the sweater keeps the heat in your body. Your body becomes too hot and must naturally cool itself by sweating.
Lose too much water from your body can cause severe dehydration. It's very important to drink water on hot days.
Your brain makes you think you are uncomfortable when it is too hot, because excessive heat messes with some body functions. Sweating cools you down when your sweat evaporates, but if it is too humid, no evaporation occurs.
