To press a key on a keyboard, you press down on the selected key. If you struggle with this then you should literally seek mental help.

The Under Counter Drawer will hold any standard-sized keyboard with an included number pad.
If you have a keyboard that has a number pad on the right hand side, you can turn numberlock off. After, hold the Alt key down and press any of the number on that number pad and you will get a symbol. Goodluck ☻

I'm not sure on the "locking the keyboard" part...but " Windows key+L " locks down the entire system on any computer running a Windows OS.
