The judge could order the bank to freeze your account. The bottom line is you were ordered to pay. Ask your attorney to contact the other party and make payment arrangements or payment plan. Even paying $20.00 a month shows a good faith effort if you are poor, but you should honestly evaluate the largest amount you can pay every month. Set it up with online banking so the bank drafts a check each month and mails it for you, so thereis a record of payments (print out the bank check receipt each month for your records).
