Depends on the State of Residence. In some states Bigamy is illegal, but if the "marriage" occurred in another state it is considered invalid and ignored.
In other states, Bigamy will be prosecuted to the full extent of the Law, which could end with the violator spending up to 20 years in prison.
In Vegas, while Bigamy is considered illegal, the attitude is "it happens all the time! Lol" - like it's a big joke!
