Michigan has freezing temperatures anywhere from before Halloween until after Easter, if you're in the lower peninsula. Up north is a whole other story, they get snow year round. But, if you average it, I suppose Michigan has several 90 degree days in July and August. The weather is out of control in Michigan, for the most part.
