The best exercise being to breathe in slow and deep and then hold your nose to keep the breath in. The longer the breath stays in, the more oxygen gets obsorbed into the blood. The more oxygen gets absorbed, the more the cells have to work - the more they work, the faster the metabolism.
It does take a week or two of a proper breathing practice to reach this point, but once you do the benefits are great. You'll have more energy to do any other exercise you want to.
