Soil humus and sunlight
Well, to understand that, first you have to understand the forest floor. In this case I'm referring to a rainforest. The forest floor only gets 2% sunlight out of all that good stuff up top, so naturally only certain plants can grow here. The plants usually only grow around river banks and swampy areas. Because of this, there is a lot of plant (and animal) decay. So this is where your fungus comes in. It actually helps to decay the plants and animals, and it also helps to clean them up, by "eating" them. Hope this helps!
One characteristic of living things is that they can respond to things that happen in their environments.
It helps to hold a structure so it will not sink to the ground.
They have a woody stem with thorns. Hope this helps.
The Canopy, The Understory, The Herb Layer or Underbrush, and the Forest Floor.
The different layers of the rainforest are ( from top to bottom) , Emergents, Canopy, understory and the forest floor! Hope that helps you! :-) xx
The Bengal tiger lives at the bottom of the understory. This helps them to find food and also keeps them cool in an otherwise hot and humid environment.
It Helps By Giving them Water to drink and helps the trees to grow
a fairy that lives and helps and protects the forest
The Canopy layer is is home to many animals, and it brings lots of water down to the forest floor. Hope this helps i needed this for an school project and i did really well with my answer .
Because it helps map the ocean floor and have a better picture of it Because it helps map the ocean floor and have a better picture of it
CARROTS
It helps the plant reproduce in dry environments.
Some mammals live in the trees like sloths, but some mammals live on the forest floor and the subterranean level. Some mammals live through out the rain forest, like the leaf cutter ant. They travel through out the rain forest bringing leaves down all the way to the lowest level, the subterranean level. Depending on how well adapted the mammals are depends on where they live in a rain forest. Hope this helps! ;)
in the forest when there is a forest fire, not long after, the ash helps the new plants grow
it helps make the oxygen we breathe
