You can gain a lot of weight by eating things that are white for example: salt and white bread. Also if you eat the fat off of meat. You can also gain a lot of pounds by not excrising. Like for example sitting around on the compurter all day long or watching T.V.

It is ok to do this if it is raining outside but if it a nice sunny day then you really should be outside because there is no reason why you shouldn't.

And don't eat to much. You should only have your daily meals and don't eat after 9:00 at night. If you do eat after 9:00 at night then when you go to bed the food just sits in you stomach all night and your not getting any excerise, so then in the morining your stomach is bloated out.

The bestest way to lose weight is to go on a trampoline. I know someone who got a trampoline for a grading present one year and they lost 15 pounds on it for the summer.

Or if you go bike riding that is also just as good as a trampoline. Also swimming or jogging or even just walking for a hour a day.

Also try and get involved in sports like soccer, baceball, tennis, basketball or any other kind of sport that you can think of. Every sport is really good excrise.

If you get a good workout before you go to bed then your stomach gos down and if you do this every day then you will be slim in no time.

It is ok to eat a snack once in a while but not all the time. Deserts like cake, pie, cookies and ice cream are fattening.

If you think that your hungry then just eat something like fruit or yogurt. And if your thirsty drink water and not milk or juice. And after a nice workout drink lots of water.

If you swet then that means that you lost weight Swetting is actually good for you.

Sometimes if you think that you are hungry you are actually thirsty.

Also don't eat a lot because if you do than it will streatch out your stomach and it will make you eat even more. It might even make you bloated in the stomach.

If you have food cravings than drink water but not to much. And also remember to not eat after a workout.

actually, muscle weighs more than fat. so i suggest working out.
