Your operating system terminated the tab because of lack of memory. It's not a virus.

A "He's dead, Jim!" message on a tab means that browser tab on Google Chrome has crashed for several reasons, and it usually highlights the common ones: your computer running out of memory to provide to the tabs (can be remedied by buying and installing more RAM and/or reduce the number of tabs you have open at the same time), and embedded webpage scripts causes your tab to crash.
i never met a dead man
Simple answer, no. This OS is developed for a netbook style computer that typically does not have a DVD player. Yes you can install Chrome OS onto a computer with a DVD player, but I don't think Google is going to invest any time into supporting a technology that is going to be dead within a few years. They want you to watch movies on YouTube!
It flashes when the battery becomes dead and you install a new one. you have to enter the security code found in the catalogue that came with your car. Probably not, although I can't say for sure. Unfortunately, the download page only says "For Windows Vista/XP", so Windows 95/98/2000 users are probably left out as well. Google Chrome does not run on Windows 95/98/ME, though the code is open so it can be made to do so if anyone wants to take the time to do so. The official version of Google Chrome will not allow it to run on Windows 2000, but an unofficial compile can ignore the checks, and it will run, but with some missing features (none important). According the system requirement of the Google crome it only works in windows xp , and vista ,Google crome does not support the windows 98 and Me
