Diesel, gas and stream?
Gas engine has a bolt at the top and a nut on a stud on the bottom. The diesel starter is held by three bolts.Gas engine has a bolt at the top and a nut on a stud on the bottom. The diesel starter is held by three bolts.
the engine will not run because of three reasons. 1. Diesel uses more compression than the petrol engine does 2. the diesel engines fuel to air mixture is 1:1 and petrol isn't 3. diesel engines use straight compression or glow plugs instead of spark plugs
Three. Inlet valve, fuel injection valve, exhaust valve.
it would damage the spark plugs and smoke a lot, but the engine in general should be ok, would have to change spark plugs after running tank empty or if having trouble starting.
Nobody can tell you what's wrong with your car without any information. Three things result in an engine firing---fuel,compression and spark. If those three things are present the engine should fire. It may not keep running very long if it is an old, worn engine. In which case it might be close to seizing up.
The Peugeot 206 1.4 liter diesel engine holds three quarts of motor oil. The manufacturer recommends that the motor oil is changed every 7500 miles.
Three things can keep an engine from running, a faulty ignition source, lack of fuel or insufficient compression. If all three are present in the proper percentage, an engine MUST operate. Your problem is to find out which of the three is missing, then you can solve the problem of how to repair the engine.
You can do serious damage to the catalytic converter if the check engine light starts to flash.
Yes. You can run it on Jet fuel (A or B), diesel fuel, or kerosene.... those three fuel types are very closely related, and can run a diesel engine made before the implementation of aftertreatment technology.
one of the causes of all three symptoms is a bad fuel injector
disconnect the first coil lead and start the engine, if it makes a difference with the running of the engine then stop engine and replace the lead, do this with the other three, stopping the engine each time, eventually you will find the one that makes NO difference to the running of the engine, that is the one you must change but please remember to stop the engine each time, there is a lot of voltage there.
