You keep driving? If they are coming directly at your car and you are afraid of hitting them then stop and wait for them to fly away. A flock of birds flying directly to a moving vehicle is very uncommon... birds aren't stupid.
However, be sure to check the top of your car for any bread or food you may have left there (after a picnic maybe!).

You should be worried because either you are falling off from a very high cliff or driving really high.
