it means its a 50 50 chance so wait a little when he is a little more mature then you can really find out if its a yes or a no. and if he still says i dont know then he is just not interested.

Well I dont know why you dont like them if they arent mean or anything. So here is my suggestion: go right out and tell her/him: Im sorry I dont want to be your friend anymore. and if they ask why, tell them why. and this is important: PLAN THE CONVERSATION BEFORE IT HAPPENS! so like if she asks you why and you cant find words for it or just dont know, think about it before you tell her/him. thats what i did with my friend, who now is my worst enemy. =) I hope this helps you.
