Laws vary from state to state, but given that in general 16 is the youngest age of consent, and there is a 4 year difference, this is trouble in most places! Statutory Rape is what it is called and it can ruin both your lives, not just in the jail time but in bringing another unwanted child into the world. The law is the law and the 19 year old needs to quit cruising the middle schools for dates.
