Go to your home country's Consulate Office and renew.
As long as you can get away with it. Legally you are a criminal as soon as your visa expires and you are still here, unless you have one of any number of legal excuses (i.e. you lost your passport, you are sick etc.) that INS recognizes. In fact there are a lot more illegal immigrants than there are INS agents and (the 12 to 20 million estimated illegal aliens currently in the U.S. sort of bears this out) unless you draw attention to yourself you will almost certainly not be caught.
Yes, it is good until it expires.
Yes. As long as the passport is still valid.
You may eventually, but after tons of trouble you will encounter in the US.
An illegal immigrant to the US is, by definition, a person who has entered the country in a manner which violates US immigration law. That is the distinction between legal immigrants and illegal immigrants. So yes, they get deported.
Some are and some aren't. Do not make the assumption that all Hispanics are illegals. The term Hispanic refers to all Spanish people. Do not equate Hispanic with Mexican, which is basically all the media talks about. There are countless Hispanics in the US that entered the country legally. Also be aware of the fact that you don't have to be Hispanic to be an illegal immigrant. They come from every country in the world. They come to the US from Asia, Africa, or Europe with a tourist visa and stay on after it expires, that makes them illegal immigrants.
You can fly to Mexico, but, you won't be able to fly back to the US.
my question is related to German visa on old passport.AnswerWhen you get a new passport keep the old passport with the current US Visa with your new passport as the visa is still valid even though the old passport has been cancelled. Then whenever you travel to the US just show both passports to the authorities on arrival in the US.
The government has passed laws that make it much harder for illegal immigrants to stay in the US. It is harder for immigrants to work.
