All you can do is drain the oil out of the lawnmower and replace it with the correct oil.

If you use gasoline of any grade in a gasoline powered mower, it will be fine. I often use mixed gas for my 2 stroke chain saw in my 4 stroke mower with no ill effects other than some additional smoke and smell. If you put diesel in a gasoline mower, that is bad and could ruin the engine If you put gas in a diesel mower you will immediately ruin the high pressure injection system.

Most of these products just varies in their power ratings. Some of the commercial ones are just way bigger and more powerful than the regular ones because they were made specifically for tougher jobs. A commercial lawn mower is much bigger than a regular riding lawn mower. A commercial lawn mower is meant for larger lawns and it generally costs more.
