Germany may have reached Stalingrad if enough ground forces were diverted from the main front but don't think it would have changed the wars ultimate outcome since Germany's resources were pretty much spent and they would have been unable to hold all conquered lands for long. Allies would have slowly begun to encroach on them anyway (IMO) If Germany had beaten US to the bomb, that would be a different story
