What if married outside the church and can't have a catholic priest at the ceremony How do you get the church to recognize your marriage?

The question needs to be expanded as there are many things to consider.
A Catholic can marry outside the church as long as it is in another Christian church and recognized by the Catholic church if the non catholic party agrees to your oath to raise the children as Catholic. The priest does not have to be present.
The marriage must be in church, it cannot be outside the church in a garden or country club, unless the non-catholic party is Jewish or Muslim (out of respect) and again agrees to the children being brought up as Catholic
If two catholics are married by a Justice of the Peace outside of church they can have their marriage recognized by the Catholic Church,as long as this was first marriage for both.
