Taking the question to mean "Pastor" and not "Priest" as in the Catholic church, then I can see no problem in being in love with him, providing that the Pastor is not married, has no intended and is of a similar age as yourself. Pastor's can have girl friends, they are after all human and have the same passions and desires as any healthy male.
Because of his Priestly duties he may discourage any kind of relationship so that he might give full attention to them. However, a Pastor with a good supportive woman at his side will be all the better for having her.
