It is not likely that your daughter will get measles if she had two doses of MMR. Patients exposed to measles but who have a history of completing the MMR series do not need special care, treatment, or monitoring.
There are many products that are recommended for regularly exposed skin. One can find them at drugstores and pharmacies. One of the products used to treat exposed skin is Exposed Skin Care by Exposed Acne Treatment. It is also offered online at Amazon.
If the person who has had both their MMR jabs has a weak immune system - which may be due to them being too clean - they will probably catch measles. If the MMR jabs didn't work, they will get measles. If the MMR jabs worked, that person won't get measles unless they have a weak immune system (as mentioned above). There really isn't a definite answer to this question - they might get measles, they might not. It depends on if the MMR jabs worked and the strength of their immune system.

This is most likely because most animals don't have as much exposed skin as humans, if you have more exposed skin you are more susceptible to skin cancer.
Go to the doctor. You should have had your MMR & DPT shots when you were younger. I hope you have a shot record. Maybe you can have a booster shot .
It is possible, but very unlikely, that two adults in a house would have itchy skin because their child got the MMR vaccine. If it doesn't resolve soon, see your health care provider to rule out other causes.
