It was minted in Philadelphia, regardless of what coin it is. Philadelphia first used the P mint mark on nickels made during WWII. Its use was suspended until 1979 when it was placed on $1 cons, and in 1980 the P mint mark became standard on all denominations except the penny.
In the 1920s ALL U.S. coins had the word LIBERTY on them, and every denomination from the dime to the $20 gold piece carried a picture of Miss Liberty, so saying "Liberty coin" is not specific enough to ID it further.
