Noone can guess what A judge will say. But, As A rule you can expect that if you are telling the court that you want to split the bills at an uneven rate based on income, The court will (and should) say, you pay half or find A cheaper place to live, I suggest you get an agreement with your partner, not the court.,,, You should get the agreement in writing, because if it ends up in court, and you do not have something in writing that indicates that the other person agreed to pay more, Then you have A 50/50 split.,,,,,,,,,You do not want your neighbor to take you to court and say they make more than me and I want them to pay my carpayment.,,,,,,Thats socialism, Not democracy,,,,,,,,,,,,,Jamison.
