What you need to do is get to know the guy, talk to him go and say'' Hi I'm ***** and I noticed you play****** (this could be a sport or an interest) and maybe you could teach me sometime.'' Try and do it when he's alone and not with friends so he'll really listen to you. You need to know that some 13 year olds think if you're two years younger, or even one year and a few months, that that is a huge difference and they may only look at you as a friend. But you must know a boy or girl will never like you or know how to like you if you don't talk to them.
