You need to get the national Pokedex. If you're playing Diamond or Pearl version, you need to encounter all 150 Pokemon and talk to Professor Rowan. In Platinum you need to encounter all 210. Remember to get Manaphy's data from the book in the Pokemon mansion. Hope this helps!

first you go to snowpoint city. Then you go to were the DEEP snow. There you will see a lsdy, she might blocking the entrence to the snowpoint temple. But before you ever can go in, you must withdraw, Regirock, Rigice, and Registeel in to your team. (You can only get them by pluging in a Pokemon trading divice in to your DS. The other plug, must be plugged do a GAMEBOY ADVANCE/GAMEBOY ADVANCED SP). (You will need to have a Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald game that's odtained the three regis). Arter you have done all that stuff, you will be able to enter the snow point temple!! (I think it would be easier to bring a Pokemon that knows HM for rocksmash). There will be hard puzzles you will have to solve, so try not to give up, it will make sense if you keep trying. After that, you will see that regigigas is surounded by rocks, ice, and steel. when you get to him, fight him. He will be level 70.; So make shore your ready for it!
