What if you are ugly and you dont know how to get a girl because you are shy and most girls dont care about personality i cant seem to find a certain girl that i like.what should i do......?

I know this question.Do not worry as they get older the girls will mature and start to go out with guys because of there personality.Till then you will have to wait sorry.
Or...you could maybe review these women you cannot seem to find? Perhaps find and/or lower those standards? The best option though, is to get out and do things you enjoy doing BECAUSE you enjoy doing them. I hesitate to say be yourself because that always sounded a little hollow to me, I think it needs to be back tracked. Find who you are outside of what you think is expected of you, every person...well, most people anyway can spot it miles away, someone who is faking it, or trying to hard...etc. The idea is, build up yourself first, get a hobby...preferably an outside one.
Best saying, of all things...a gay dude said to me once...regarding relationships. Is, write down what you want from a woman, make a list. Now, take a long look at that list and be willing to be all of those things for her' And if that list has just one thing on it, go pay for it.
That last part I added.
Kind of extreme for what you're asking but, hopefully it gives you an idea.
