Well I say DO NOT ask her out until you talk to her more. Because if you do this then it's kind of like a hit or miss situation. You really need to talk to her more because 1. It's sort of hard to tell, they can be: * really nice * really horrible * or not talk to you at all It just depends on who they are, its best to get to know them and talk to them etc, because sometime they will probally fancy you. If they keep making eye contact etc, they already like you.
