Can you get constipated from cinnamon?
I think so because I've been eating cinnamon in order to fix my kidneys, and the only different thing is cinnamon. Every since I've started taking it I've been constipated.

Im not sure if it will cause colon cancer but it will cause constipation!! I have been eating laundry starch for a couple of years now and nothing good has came out of it but constipation, fatigue, and weight gain.
