Thousands! You need to do more than sit ups. Eat healthy protein foods. Go for a jog each day. You're gonna have to do about 200-300 sit ups each morning and night. Remember no junk foods, fried foods, or soda! (You will be able to eat/drink these after you get your pack)

Sit ups alone will not help you get skinny. Doing about 50 a day will tone your muscles, but cardio is needed to help burn fat.

im 15 and i do 200 a night, but you need to make sure you are doin them right or else you can end up dameging your lower back. if you are looking to tone up your abs then you should also try not to have alot of stomach fat because that will cover up your rock hard six pack.
Twice a day, do sit-ups for three minutes. Overtime, you'll get better. I can do about 65 sit-ups per minute.
