I would say to talk about your feelings to a good friend or family member. Next, I might unfriend or unfollow your crush from social media so that you're not constantly reminded of them. Try to distract yourself with a new hobby or work or school. Pamper yourself and make yourself feel special. If it's still really bad maybe try talking to a therapist. Good luck!
