What if you have missed your period and you have been spotting for more then 2 days. Could you be pregnant?

NO, usually when the fetus implants the bleeding is transient lasting less than an hour or two. You could be miscarriaging if the bleeding intesifies go in and see your gyn. If the blood is more than two pads in two hours go to the ER you need intravenous fluid and monitoring. If it goes away , it was probably stress. good luck Joymaker RN

You could be pregnant. I had brown spotting 10 days before my period was suppose to start. 5 days later I took a First Response (5 days before your missed period) and it came back positive. If you take it that early and it comes out negative, it could be a false negative. It is still best to wait 5 to 10 days after a missed period. Good luck!
