If it was a one-time thing, change the sheets ASAP and count yourself lucky. (Did you remember to use the bathroom before you went to bed?) If this happened to you in the past and is now coming back, you may want to speak with a doctor or therapist. If this is a recent development, same course of action. If this has been a longtime habit... definitely see a doctor. In any of these cases, it can be a sign of a health problem. Bed-wetting also sometimes happens with people as they approach old age, and their bladder muscles weaken.
maybe you can first try to pee in diapers first on the bed. Do this until you can always pee immediately and naturally when lying on the bed. Make it a habit and you will pee the bed when you take off the diapers. (think twice as it may not be easy to go back)

Usually you do this so you dont pee in the bed. Yet it can be more comfortable than holding it all night. You most likely would pee before you go to bed so that you dont wet the bed. Also it may be more comfortable for you than to hold it all night.
Pee in the bed when you sleep
