You get really high and stupid. On the other hand, if you don't take them, you show that you're pretty smart.
They have no effect on pregnancy, BTW, except that it's possible to have an addicted fetus.

∙ 11y agoIt depends on the milligrams. But nothing really, it'll take the pain away and relax your body. Might even make you tired. I wouldn't suggest taking it unless it is prescribed to you though.

That amount of Codeine Phrosphate alone could get you high - you wouldn't even need the Ibuprofen. To get high off of Codeine Proshphate I would recommend taking 60mg at first, then see how you feel in an hour or so, then if needed take another 60mg. But remember that Codeine Prosphate can cause constipation, so good luck the next day :P

Yes, providing you don't have any problems with your stomach for example stomach ulcers. I know it sounds like common sense but always read the label and if you do have any medical conditions then check with the pharmacist to see if Ibuprofen is okay for you to take. If you have no medical conditions then you can take 400mg (2x 200mg tablets) 6 hourly, no more than 6 tablets in 24hours. Never take on an empty stomach or it will irritate the stomach. Ibuprofen is excellent if also taken with 1g of Paracetamol ( 4-6 hours apart, no more than 4g in 24 hours.) If the pain is not resolving then try either Paracetamol with small amount of Codeine or Ibuprofen with Codeine ( available over the counter or prescription). Be careful with Codeine. Although it may be a weak opiate, it can still be addictive and is best taken for a couple of days only. Codeine can also constipate you so drink plenty water. Codeine can also make you very drowsy so do not take with alcohol.
