What if you took the pregnancy test 6 days after your missed period and it reads positive and you are having symptoms is there a possibility that it is incorrect?

It depends on the quality of the home test (some are more accurate than others, and some out-of-date pregnancy tests may fail) but more often than not, tests that are incorrect are incorrect by showing a false negative. Various things can contribute to false positives, but they are usually due to either medications (rare) or endocrine maladies. I'd take another, but via a blood test at the doctor's office. I think you're pregnant.
