Obviously, the person has it for you. He/she likes you very much. anyone whose nervous and do silly things most of the time when you're around them has some kind of feelings for you. Stop touching this person. Try to be relaxing to this person, as they are overly sensitive. I would never touch a person who isn't in that "mature" place yet. Just wait it out, and be there to touch when he's ready. You have to admit, most mature males are more than willing to touch and be touched when there is a relationship in front of him. Also, does he take any kinds of medication? Any history of abuse?
